Different ways to pay your bill

You can pay your bill online, on your smartphone, by mailin person or by phone. You can even set up your bill to be paid automatically each month. The method you choose mostly depends on how much of a hurry you're in and how you like to manage your life.

Additional fees may apply in order to process your payment.

Pay your bill by mail

You can pay by check or money order, but DO NOT SEND CASH. Ideally, when you mail your payment, include the remittance slip that came with your bill and use the provided, pre-addressed envelope.  To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive (and process) your payment before the end of the day on the date it's due.

Pay your bill in person

Paying in person is a simple, straightforward way to take care of your bill. You can talk face-to-face with a live person, and payments are credited to your account immediately. Paying in person also gives you the most payment options. You can pay with cash, check or money order.   Some locations even accept savings account, credit card, debit card or ATM card payments.  To pay your bill in person, please visit one of our payment partners: CheckFreePay Agent and Western Union Agent.

Pay your bill by phone

If you need to get your bill paid and don't want to hassle with mailing a check or booting up the computer, paying by phone might be just what you need.  It's a quick and simple process. You can use our automated system or talk to an actual person.
